4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchange Process

6. Refund Policy
Since Zarvo operates on Cash on Delivery (COD), eligible refunds (if a replacement is not available) will be processed through:

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Zarvo will bear the return shipping cost.
