Return & Exchange Policy – Zarvo

At Zarvo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (Order Number or Invoice) is required.

  • Clear photos or a short video may be requested for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Items marked as Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or Clearance (if applicable).

5. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange the exchange as soon as possible.

  • The replacement item will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected (where applicable).

6. Refund Policy

Since Zarvo operates on Cash on Delivery (COD), eligible refunds (if a replacement is not available) will be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer, or

  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa

Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Zarvo will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer requests a return or exchange for any other eligible reason, the return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
