1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all cities and serviceable areas across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 3–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

If we are offering Free Shipping, it will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make the payment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), allowing you to track your shipment.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Our support team will contact you to arrange a new delivery if possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct before placing your order. Zarvo is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
